It was a great concert last week! Mrs. Reed, Mrs. Michaud, Mr. Green, Maintenance, and everyone: Thank you for all your hard work making it possible, and to Mrs. Polizotto for the photos!


Our generator is working like a charm and so are the students!

We've also been playing many math games this year. Here we are playing a few of our favorites - Hedgehog Stick Game, Roll It, and Mystery Bag - Shapes.
Don't forget our concert is this Thursday- Dec. 14. Students are asked to come to our classroom at 5:45pm. Hope to see you then. The dress rehearsal today was FABULOUS!

It was so great seeing everyone at the Thanksgiving Feast yesterday! Mrs. Polizotto shared some great photos!

Ms. Phippen shared photos of fourth graders having a lesson in the garden with Karen Balnis on how to plant garlic. It was a cold but beautiful day!







Remember Friday, November 17th, is Wear a Hat Day at PES!


Mrs. Polizotto shared some photos from Friday's student of the month of October assembly. Congratulations all to the students of the month!











Mrs. Snell shared photos of today's Fifth grade trip to Maine's First Ship, to learn more about the Popham Colony and the Virginia. They got to see and try on some clothes, hats, and boots made in the style of those early days that the colonists would have worn. They saw tools like those used by the colonists. They also saw Maine's First Ship replica of the Virginia, and imagined what it would be like to sail the Atlantic Ocean in an early sailing ship without today's amenities and safety/navigation equipment.











Mrs. Henderson shared a picture of our book buddies. Kindergarten and 3rd grade have been having fun reading together.
